Legal Assistant (FR/NL)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Notary Indekeu - Crayencour are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Legal Assistant who will be tasked with:
- Assisting the legal experts and notaries in managing their cases.
- Opening new cases in our computer administration system INOT.
- Writing, filing and sending various correspondence.
- Carrying out searches related to the cases and according to the three regions (national register, land register, mortgages, etc.).
- Carrying out various legal and administrative formalities (updating Articles of Association, publications in the Belgian official journal, etc.)
- Managing diaries and appointments for the various legal officers.

PROFILE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in law, languages, secretarial science, …Initial experience in a similar role or in a notarial office would be an asset.
- Excellent spoken and written command of both national languages (FR and NL).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Capable of handling stress and good organisation skills. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in order to provide a quality, comprehensive service.

Legal Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Notary Indekeu - Crayencour are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Legal Assistant who will be tasked with:
- Independently managing various cases, with the choice of specialising in real estate, corporate or family affairs.
- Liaising with clients.
- Providing the office’s clients with a quality service in close cooperation with the notaries and with the help of the administrative assistants (searches, arranging appointments, correspondence, telephone calls, etc.).

- Managing diaries.
- Managing correspondence.
- Scanning various documents and sending them to clients.
